  • In such cases, a 50% refund may be issued to account for breeder expenses and the opportunity lost in rehoming.

  • In-Person Pickup: Visit our facility to meet and collect your new puppy, giving you the opportunity to inspect them firsthand.
  • Delivery Services: If visiting is not feasible, we partner with trusted transportation providers to safely deliver your puppy to your location.

Shipping Procedures:

  • Puppies are typically shipped within three days after payment is finalized unless alternative arrangements are made.
  • Health Documentation: We record a detailed video on the day of shipment to confirm the puppy’s condition, including their coat, eyes, teeth, and ears.

Courier Responsibility:
Once the puppy is handed over to the courier, they assume full responsibility for its safety and care during transit.

Temporary Homestay Options:
If you need us to hold your puppy beyond their readiness date, we can accommodate this for up to two weeks at no additional cost. Extended stays may incur a boarding fee.

Ownership and Responsibility Transfer:
Ownership of the puppy officially transfers once the puppy is handed over at pickup or delivery.
If the puppy is not collected or delivered as agreed, the adoption contract is void, and a full refund will be issued.
